Mark, Keith, Jeff, and Cindy,
You probably won't remember me because you were so young, but your mom and dad were big parts of my life when I was a child. Your dad and my dad, Carl Carter, were deputies for Bus Dorman back in the 50s in Wheeler. The three of them were about the only ones who were the Wheeler County Sheriff's Office. Later Doyle Ramsey and some others were there but for awhile, they were the ones. Your mom would bring you over to our house to visit and you were in diapers and on the bottle! She visited us nearly everyday! She was kind and patient and I liked her a great deal, and I liked your dad too! Prayers are coming your way.
