Junior was one of a kind! I remember a hundred years ago when I worked for Cantrell's in the gas station part - I had on jeans that had holes in the knees, and Junior asked me if I had better jeans - I said, "Yes, but I like these." Well that sweet, gruff man must of thought I wasn't telling the complete truth because he came in the next day with some jeans for me. Oh he was such a pleasure to visit with - he would tell all kinds of stories on you Vinyards! God bless all of you, and I am so sorry for your loss.
Junior was a very special man. He never met a stranger and I loved to hear him laugh. He will be dearly missed. Now he is with Wanda and the boys and our Savior Jesus Christ. God be with the family at this time. Walter and Glenda Rodgers/ Shamrock, Tx

I am Linda Smith, Shannon's aunt. I will be unable to attend the services, however, I will be there in spirit and much love. I knew the family and loved them deeply! Wonda and Junior would often come to our Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners out at Lela. We always enjoyed them. They were loving and caring people. Amy, you and your family has been super, because I know without a doubt it has been a difficult journey, and although difficult, it is still not easy to lose a loved one. I know Shannon has been very devoted to them and you, as a link to his own father that he lost so young. Please know my prayers are with you all during this time. With much love, Linda.
