Joe was a very unique man. He stood firm, if he believed in something. He always greeted me with a smile and I never saw him frown. He was ornery and that was one thing that made him so special. Rest in peace dear friend.
Joe worked for Penny Brooks at 2 different feedyards. First was at Palo Duro Feeders south of Gruver, TX and second at Tejas Feeders east of Pampa, TX. We saw Joe a couple of times when we lived east of Shamrock.
