Joalene was born October 9, 1932 in Umbarger and was a lifetime resident of Armstrong County. She married C. M. Hudson on November 17, 1950 at Claude. She was a talented artist, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved the Lord. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Claude. Survivors - her husband, C. M. Hudson of Claude; a daughter, Shannon Heck of Claude; a son, Kevin Hudson of Claude; a sister, Imogene Harris of Tulia; a brother, George Wilmoth of Anchorage, Alaska; and 11 grandchildren, Caleb Hudson, Jed Hudson, Jubal Hudson, Ester Hudson, Eleigha Hudson, Elijah Hudson, Jared Heck, Shenee Heck, Alyssa Heck, Gabrielle Heck, and Shiloh Heck.
