Judy was born October 1, 1948 in Sayre, Oklahoma to V.E. “Barney” and Betty E. Lowe. She loved bull riding and music. She was a loving mother and Gee Gee.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – her beloved father, V.E. “Barney” Lowe and mother, Betty E. Lowe.
SURVIVORS – by one love of her life daughter, Jodi Malone and husband Clay; one most precious granddaughter, Madison “Madi” and one sweet grandson, Kolve; one sister, Jessie Lowe Bailey; 3 nephews; she also left behind her life partner, Becky Kuykendall; 2 special cousins, Linda Mayden and Geri Bradley; and many friends.
