Jerry W. Mounce, 82, died Tuesday, May 02, 2018 in McLean, TX.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 5, 2018 in the Shamrock Cemetery with Rev. Erron Mercer, officiating.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
Jerry Mounce was born February 7, 1936 in McLean to Hal and Pansy Langham Mounce. He lived in Farmington, NM and Earth before moving to Shamrock.
Jerry married Marilyn Greenhill on April 20, 1958 in Shamrock. She preceded him in death on January 16, 2016. Jerry went to work for El Paso Natural Gas in 1959 and retired from there in 1994 after 35 years of service; he also served in the US Army Reserve.
He was preceded in death by his wife; a daughter, Tammy Mounce, December 24, 2014, his parents; and two brothers, Claude and Clyde Mounce.
Survivors: 1 daughter; Teresa Mounce Segura; 1 Son, Jeff Mounce; 1 Brother - Bill Mounce-ElPaso; Grandchildren, Jessica Ware, Jennifer Ruiz & husband, Matt , and Brody Segura all of Shamrock.
Alyssa Spector & husband Tre’-Salina, KS and Joshua Mounce-Canyon.
Great Grandchildren-Klaire Ware, Wade Ruiz, Bryson Ware, Addison Spector, Adlynn Ruiz and Arya Segura.
Memorials: Shamrock Meals on Wheels.
