Jerry Lynn McIntire, 81, of Claude, Texas died Thursday, May 16, 2024 in Amarillo, Texas.
Memorial graveside services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, May 25, 2024 in Claude Cemetery in Claude, Texas.
Cremation & Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors.
Jerry was born February 9, 1943 in Claude, Texas to Archie and Annie Jackson McIntire. He was a US Army veteran and was a longtime resident of Claude. Jerry worked as a manager for insurance companies and worked for Wal-Mart prior to his retirement. He loved playing golf and taking his kids to go fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brothers, Sherwood and Bob McIntire.
Survivors include his daughter, Amy McIntire of Claude; his son, Glenn McIntire of Houston; his sister, Yvonne Cobb-Crini of Kansas City, Missouri; 7 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
