Jeanne Marie Morrow's Obituary
CLARENDON SERVICES- 2:00 pm Saturday, May 5, 2012 in the First Baptist Church in Clarendon with the Rev. Darrell Burton, officiating. INTERMENT- Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon. Mrs. Morrow was born April 30, 1932, in Donley county at home to Herman L. and Peggy A. Percival. She was salutatorian of her graduation class of 1949 at Clarendon High School. She completed a vocational nursing course at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo. She married Ira Kenneth Morrow in 1949 a month before graduation, and the couple settled in Clarendon the same year. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clarendon. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ira Kenneth Morrow; her son Samuel David Morrow; her brother Ralph Percival; and three siblings who died young: Peter, Margery Sue, and Herman Jr. Survivors include three sons Daniel Lee Morrow of Plano, TX, Dr. Joe Wayne Morrow, and John Earl Morrow of Clarendon; one brother Billy Joe Percival of Grand Prairie, TX; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to Odyssey Hospice or to Community Care Center in Clarendon.
