SERVICES- 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 28, 2011 in Calvary Christian Fellowship in Shamrock with Bro. Joe G. Jernigan, officiating.
INTERMENT- Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
Jesse DeLeon “Dick” Anderson was born June 21, 1926 in Wheeler County to Joseph and Ethel Collins Anderson. J. D. served in the US Army during World War II and received the Bronze and Silver Star. He was a carpenter and a cowboy and had lived in Wheeler County all of his life.
We wish to thank Calvary Christian Fellowship and Accolade Home Health for the care and compassion you gave our loved one.
He was preceded in death by his
parents, a stepdaughter, two brothers and five sisters.
SURVIVORS- 2 Daughters, Susan Johnson and husband Darrell of Amarillo, Linda Smith and husband Curt of Oklahoma City, OK; 2 Sons, Gary Forgay and wife Belinda of Lela, Sonny Forgay and wife Marie of Erick, OK; 1 Brother, Dub Anderson of Amarillo; Many Grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
MEMORIALS: The famiy request memorials be sent to American Cancer Society or Accolade Home Health.
