CLAUDE SERVICES- 1:00 pm Thursday, November 5, 2009 in the First Baptist Church in Claude with Rev. Janet Edwards, Pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Claude, officiating. INTERMENT- Claude Cemetery in Claude. Arrangements are by Robertson Armstrong Chapel of Claude. Jacky was born August 29, 1956 in Amarillo to Frank and Syd Blackburn Millwood. He had been a longtime resident of Amarillo before moving to Claude a year ago. He was a hard working man. He was an avid Nascar fan and liked to listen to rock music. He was a loving father, brother, & son with a big heart. He was a Lutheran. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - his father, Frank in 1992; and his ex-wife, Darla Rasco. SURVIVORS - his mother, Syd Alexander and step father, Rick of Claude; a son, Michael Millwood of Amarillo; a daughter, Misty Carnes and husband D.R. of Adrian; a sister, Sissy Millwood and mate Don Thompson of Amarillo; a special daughter, Shawna K. Hill of Amarillo; 3 step brothers, Russell Alexander and wife Lori of Roaring Springs, Casey Alexander and wife Missy of Pampa, and Stacey Alexander of Pampa; a step sister, Tina Hook and husband Mike of Claude; 2 step granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews. MEMORIALS - The family request memorials be to Hospice Care of the Southwest / 1301 South Coulter, Suite 404 / Amarillo, Texas 79106 Viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Tuesday & Wednesday in Claude.
