Herbert Shields, 93, of Lelia Lake died Sunday, September 25, 2022 in Claude. Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, September 30, 2022 in the Clarendon Church of Christ with Larry Shields, officiating. Burial will follow in Citizens Read Obituary
My condolences to Earl Shields and Hazel. I recall before I retired from Herring Bank he would come in and when I greeted him he asked me if I wanted to dance. Such a sense of humor! Dear Shields Family, Steve and I were so sorry to hear of your loss. We remembered the days when we were younger and all going to church. We also remembered the special friendship Wayne and David had. Those were special days for us all and part of that special memory was the fact that our parents were there to make sure we were on the right track! Herbert passing was just one more part that we have now lost. Prayers are coming your way and we know God has comfort and blessings He will give you to help you through this time.
