Mrs. Winkcompleck was born May 5, 1937 in Dixie, OK and was a Claude resident before moving to Groom on July 4, 1979. She married Dean Ray Winkcompleck on February 14, 1979 at Amarillo. She had worked as a cashier and retail manager at 7-11 before her retirement. She loved being a homemaker, and dearly loved her family and friends. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Groom
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - a son, Wayne Horton in 1973.
SURVIVORS - her husband, Dean Winkcompleck of Groom; 3 daughters, Ellen Gray of Groom, Regina Manker of Moriarty, NM, Angela Goss of Indonesia; 3 sons, Samuel Ray Horton of Peru, OK, Douglas Horton of Osage, OK, Jerry Winkcompleck of Amarillo; one sister, Imogene Cooper of Georgia; one brother, Wilbur Wooton of Jennings, OK; 20 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren
