Hazel Eulene Blaylock Terbush's Obituary
ALTUS, OKLAHOMA / McLEAN GRAVESIDE SERVICES- 2:00 pm Saturday, July 10, 2010 in Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean, with Stefan Valdez, Youth Minister at the Martha Road Baptist Church in Martha, Oklahoma, officiating. Memorial graveside services for her son, Thomas A. Terbush will be held concurrently with her service. INTERMENT- Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean. ARRANGEMENTS - Robertson Funeral Directors of McLean. Mrs. Terbush was born January 14, 1926 in Rush Springs, Oklahoma to Lafayette and Katie Louella McGuire Blaylock. She had been a resident of Altus, OK since 1998, moving there from Amarillo. She married Thomas Edwin Terbush in 1945 at Rush Springs, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker much of her life and had worked in various other places throughout the area. She had been a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary for several years. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - her husband in 1967; an infant son, Lonnie Terbush and another son, Thomas Arnold Terbush on July 6, 2010. SURVIVORS - 2 sisters, Wanda Sharp of McLean, Helen Mann of San Angelo; one brother, Jack Blaylock of Amarillo; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
