CLARENDON/PANHANDLE SERVICES- 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 26, 2007 in Robertson Chapel of Memories with Billie E. "Trooper" Barker, Family Member, officiating. INTERMENT- Panhandle Cemetery in Panhandle. Mrs. Tice was born January 5, 1925 in Brice, Hall County, Texas to Claudie Cecil and Beulah Gertrude Williams Rich. She was a long-time resident of Panhandle before moving to Hughes Springs 6 years ago. She married T. J. Tice on May 21, 1942 at Memphis. She had worked as a CNA for many years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Panhandle. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY- her husband on September 9, 1984. SURVIVORS INCLUDE- 4 daughters, Nora Jean Suttles and Loretta Colwick both of Hughes Springs, Linda Whitt of Panhandle, Barbara Ivey of Claude; one brother, Cecil Rich of Amarillo; 4 sisters, Edith Hinkle of Tahoka, Jane Barker and Mina Ivey both of Clarendon, Mary Denton of Amarillo; 9 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
