George Richard Boeck, 71, of Shamrock, TX passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022 in Claude, TX.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock with Mark Thomas officiating.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors in Shamrock, TX.
George was born on December 20, 1950 in Waukesha Wisconsin. He married Joyce Ann Schafer on August 1, 1970 in Stonebank, Wisconsin. She preceded him in death on October 22, 2021. George spent his early years in Wisconsin and moved to Shamrock, TX in 1983. He worked in the oilfields for several years and worked as a mechanic and was also a truckdriver. He enjoyed reading and painting cars and especially loved to go hunting.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Bruce and Gretchen (LaPage) Boeck; and his wife.
George is survived by one daughter, Valerie Daughtry and husband Eric of Shamrock, TX; one son, Scott Boeck and wife Brandy of Elk City, OK; one brother, Rick Boeck of Wisconsin; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and family members.
