Floyd Don Troxell's Obituary
Don Troxell passed away Sunday, December 26, 2010 in Amarillo, TX. Graveside services will be Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 3:30 pm in Lela Cemetery, Lela, TX with Rev. Joe G. Jernigan, officiating. Burial will be in Lela Cemetery, Lela, TX under the direction of Wright Funeral Directors. Don Troxell was born August 07, 1943 to Tomp and Edith Troxell. He married Janie Cox on March 21, 1969. Don lived in Lela all his life and drilled water wells and was a pumper for Questa. He served in the National Guard. Don enjoyed hunting, his horses and the horse races. He loved his family and was an inspiration for many. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Billy and Clois Troxell.
