Faye Thompson Hessey's Obituary
SAN ANTONIO GRAVESIDE SERVICES- 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon with family members, officiating. INTERMENT – Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm on Monday, December 30, 2013 at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon. Faye was born August 9, 1931 in Stephens County, Oklahoma to Charlie and Kizzie Marie Haley Thompson. She retired as Head Teller from Amarillo National Bank in Amarillo. Mrs. Hessey was also a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation of Oklahoma. She was a Christian. PRECEDED BY – her parents; her husband, Johnny; a brother, Eugene Thompson; and by a sister Betty Cochran. SURVIVORS – her brother, William Thompson of Denver; 3 nieces, Jeanie Hendricks of Denver, Jocelyn Bushnell of Dallas, Alison McGuffey of San Antonio; 2 great nieces, Sasha Bennet of London, England, Shekinah Bushnell of Dallas; and by a great nephew, Sarek McGuffey of San Antonio The family suggests that memorials be to Faith City Missions in Amarillo.
