SERVICES – 2:30 pm Sunday, November 8, 2015 in the First United Methodist Church in McLean with Bobby Richardson and Rev. Thacker Haynes, officiating.
INTERMENT- Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean.

Fay was born December 18, 1932 in Amarillo to Jessie Andrew and Myrtle May Cooper. She married Chester Allan Crutcher on October 4, 1952. She had been a resident of McLean for 38 years and was a Baptist. She enjoyed sitting at the table drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes. She liked to travel with Aunt Tiny to go see Kenny.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – her parents; her husband; a son, Jimmy Allan Crutcher; a brother, Jessie Cooper; 2 sisters, Marie Adams and Debbie Acuna; 2 grandchildren, Jared Scott Ramos and Nick Crutcher.
SURVIVORS- a son, Roger Lynn Crutcher of McLean; 2 daughters, Lawana Joyce Ramos and husband Leon of Shamrock, and Pamela Sue Lock and husband Dale of Lefors; 2 brothers, Cecil Cooper and wife Martha of Little Rock and James Holloway and wife Pam of Moore, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Effie Payne and Mary Lou Richardson both of McLean; 6 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
