Doug was one of the "good Ones." He will be missed by many-----family & friends alike.

We are blessed to have had Doug as a cousin, along with Wayne and Jane. He, his brother and sister were like brothers and sister to our Dad Bill Lowe. To have Doug's smile during times of joy and sadness was truly a blessing; his joke telling and laughter could raise one's mood. Smiles and laughter soon followed.
