Dennis Wayne Lowe's Obituary
Dennis Wayne Lowe passed away on December 12th, 2025, at 69 years of age. He was born to M.O. “Bud" and Naomi Lowe on September 14, 1956 in Shamrock, TX.
As a lifelong resident of Shamrock, he spent the first part of his life hellbent on having a good time and causing a ruckus. To curb that enthusiasm down a bit, he joined the United States Army, where he proudly served his country. He spent his years traveling, playing golf, beating everyone in board games, and cheering the Dallas Cowboys on through all of their wins and losses. He was best known for his quick wit, sense of humor, and steadfast stubbornness. He thrived on a balanced diet of cookies and bacon, along with the wonderful work of his caretakers, Samantha and Sissy, whom we thank endlessly.
He was proud of his role as Dad to his four children, but nothing made him happier than being Papa to his cherished grandchildren. A role he took very seriously and with all of his love.
Dennis is survived by his children, Daniel Lowe, Savannah (Raymond) Logan, Brian Lowe, and Kristen (Chris) Hull, his six grandchildren, Jaxon, Xander, Kinley, Colin, Raeghan, and Lennox, his mother, Naomi, brothers Gary and Boe Lowe, and sister, Glenda Harvey, along with a large extended family and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Bud, and sister, Linda Allison.
A viewing will be held starting at 9 a.m., along with a visitation, on Thursday, December 18th from 4-6 p.m. at Robertson Funeral Directors in Shamrock, Tx. A celebration of the beautiful life of Dennis will take place on Friday, December 19th at 2 p.m., at Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make a donation in Dennis' name to your favorite children's charity.
Arrangements are under the care of Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
