David Trent Day's Obituary
David Trent Day, 57, of McLean died on Saturday, January 25, 2020 in McLean.
Memorial services will be 3:00pm Saturday, February 1, 2020 in Robertson Route 66 Chapel in McLean with David Woods, officiating. Inurnment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean.
Cremation and Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of McLean.
David was born on November 14, 1962, in Pampa, Texas to Johnny and Anita Back Day. He was a graduate of McLean, class of 1981. David married LiHuei Wu Day on September 29, 2008. After attending Abilene Christian University, David taught school for a few years before going to work as a Criminal Investigator for the U.S. Treasury Department. After leaving that job, he and LiHuei moved to Taiwan, where they were currently living. While there, David taught English for several years. David enjoyed playing 42, was a member of the Church of Christ in McLean, and loved the cowboy life.
He was preceded in death by his father in 2012.
Survivors include his Mother, Anita Day of McLean; wife, LiHuei Day of Taiwan; 2 brothers, Johnny Day, Jr. of Margate, Florida and Jimmy Skinner of Pampa; sister Robbin Corley of Crowell and several nieces and nephews.
