FUNERAL SERVICES – will be held Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2:30 PM in the Memphis Church of Christ with Bro. Mariland Sims and Bro. Johnny Turner officiating.
INTERMENT – Fairview Cemetery in Memphis.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis.
Danny Earl McFalls was born April 12, 1950 in Hall County to Edwin Lee Steptoe and Bertha Mae McFalls Johnson. He married Patricia Newsome on April 18, 1987 in Memphis. Danny was a resident of Memphis and Hall County most all of his life where he worked and retired as Crew Chief and Equipment Operator from Texas Department of Transportation after 20 years of service. Danny served several years on the Memphis City Council. He was a member of Morning Side Church of Christ in Memphis, was a team leader for Karros Ministry, and established Outter Count Prison Ministries. Danny was a true family man who spent his life serving Jesus Christ and was a friend to anyone he met.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – his son; 3 brothers; 1 sister; his parents and step parents.
SURVIVORS – his wife, Patricia McFalls, of Memphis; 11 children, Cindy Haliburton and husband Charles of Lawton, Lajuana Espy of Lawton, Dena McFalls and Timothy Woods of Amarillo, Billy Culpepper and Elsa Flores of Amarillo, Chonte Griego and husband Damian of Amarillo, Hendricks Newsome and wife Leitha of Brice, Dawana Newsome of Memphis, Tonica Johnson and husband Ke’Shaad of Memphis, Darrion Newsome of Memphis, Timmell McFalls and wife Doreen of Memphis, and Berthina McFalls of Memphis; 7 brothers, Tommie Johnson and wife Jackie, Larry Johnson and wife Cleola, Glenn Johnson and wife LaSheria, Anthony Johnson and Melody Knox, Wesley Johnson and Toni Smith, and Michael Paul Steptoe; 4 sisters, Gloria Turner and husband Johnny, Neta Johnson, Carolyn Mason, and Rosie Steptoe; 2 uncles, David McFalls and William McFalls; 3 aunts, Lola Richardson, Irene Sims, and Vera McFalls; 29 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
