Miss Cora and I spent time together when we decided to put the church history in the Newsletter. She told me so many stories and she loved to talk about those days when she and Henry worked on the church. She and I worked on those articles and I grew to love her wit and admire her deep faith in God. I will miss her.
Cora Bland. A truly great lady. wife, Mother, Granny, Great-Granny, cousin, friend. A faithful servant to the Lord and Master all the days of her life. We love her deeply and dearly and there is a void in our hearts that will never be filled.
Our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Cora. She was a faithful member of Howardwick Baptist Church and a longtime friend. She and Henry helped on so many projects at PanFork Baptist Encampment when I served as DOM for the association. They both will be missed.

Cora and Henry were two of my very favorite people. They loved and encouraged me always. I loved being in worship and serving with them at Howardwick Baptist during my college years. I know you as a family have many precious memories of togetherness with them. They loved you all so much. My heart and prayers are with you.
