ConnieLee & Deb, You are in our prayers. I'm so sorry I didn't get to make it to the service. We had an aduitor @ the bank. Anthony said the service was very nice.He was loved by many and will be missed. So many lives he touched @ Hedley High. My Sr. year, he taught Business Math and we have so much fun and I loved it. Love you, girls.
Dear Ones, Although we couldn't be there with you in person, our thoughts and prayers are with you.Uncle Connie was one of the really good ones. I have many memories of visits to Hedley and all the happy times we shared; well, except for the time he talked all of us girls in to putting 'porcupine eggs' in our hair and Nana and Aunt B had to cut them out of our long hair!He had a wonderful sense of humor and he will be missed. I'm so glad he's not suffering anymore. I can just see him in his heavenly home, sitting around and playing 42 with all those who have gone before. Take care of each other and remember how loved each of us are.
I am so sorry that Uncle Connie is gone. Our lives will be poorer because he is no longer here. I have wonderful memories of our childhood, when we visited in Hedley and played on the farm. I remember so many holidays spent at Nannie's house where he would help us all do the dishes, then we would play 42 for hours. These are some of the best times of my childhood. You have my sympathy and love. Stay strong. Love, Linda.
Connie, Deb and Familes,May your memories bring you peace and comfort. Mr. DeBord will be missed he was a very important part of the Hedley community. Love you.
Connie, Deb and family,So sorry to hear about your dad.He will greatly be missed by all. I will always remember him asking me "Ms. Rogers, do you know the answer." Most times I didn't know the answer but he never made me feel bad. That was just the kind of man he was. We enjoyed sharing Christmas and Thanksgiving meals with your family. We pray God's peace surrounds you all at this time. Dorothy Wilson and family
Connie&Debbie I am so sorry for your loss. GOD got a very good man. I am reminded of what I heard while watching the Super Bowl,as quoted by Paul Harvey. "AND GOD MADE A FARMER"
Our prayers and thoughts are with the family at this time. So sorry for your loss. Although I did not know Connie all that well, my family and he were friends. My parents were Horace and Maude Clay.
Our prayers go out to each of you. He will missed by many.
You all are in our thoughts and our prayers. Mr. DeBord was a great teacher, mentor and role model for all of his students. My parents often remarked how fortunate they were to have the DeBords as friends and as neighbors.
