Clinton Adam Babcock, 46, of Groom, Texas died Tuesday, September 17, 2024 in Groom, Texas.
Services will be 10:00 AM Friday, September 20, 2024 in the Groom Methodist Church with Chris Kutin, officiating. Burial will follow in Groom Cemetery in Groom.
Viewing will be held at the Church starting at 9:00 AM prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Clint was born March 28, 1978 in Pampa, Texas to Kenneth Wayne and Linda Stout Babcock. He had been a lifetime resident of Groom and was a graduate of Groom High School. He married Polly Katherine Converse on April 1, 2023 in Groom, Texas. Clint was a proud member of the Groom Volunteer Fire Department. He had a big heart and had a great love for people. His hobbies included hunting, horse back riding, and riding around on the four wheeler. He also enjoyed going to Church with his family.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and a sister, Susan Harp.
Survivors include his parents, Kenny and Linda Babcock of Groom; his wife, Polly Babcock of Groom; his son, Ethan Babcock of Amarillo; 4 bonus children; his sister, Karen Metzger and husband Mark of Perryton; nephew, Benjamin; niece, Hannah; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
The family request memorials be sent to the Groom Volunteer Fire Department / PO Box 467 / Groom, TX 79039.
