PAMPA SERVICES - 10:00 am on Thursday, November 1, 2007, at the Robertson Funeral Directors Chapel of Memories in Clarendon with the Rev. Doug Hixson, Pastor of the Cornerstone Baptist Church of Pampa, officiating. BURIAL - Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon. Mrs. Smith was born November 6, 1947 in Memphis, Texas to Charles W. “Dub” Smith and Virginia Cook Smith. She married James Smith on January 15, 1991 at Amarillo. She had been a resident of Pampa for the past 3 years. She had been a LVN for many years serving at different nursing agencies, hospitals, & doctor offices. She enjoyed woodworking, sewing, hobby crafts, and loved to go fishing. She was a Baptist. SURVIVORS INCLUDE- her husband, James Smith & her parents, Dub & Virginia Smith all of Pampa; a brother, Jerry Smith and wife Sandra of Silverton; a sister, Cheryl Pickard and husband Jeff of Borger.
MEMORIALS - The family request memorials be given in Cindi’s name to the American Cancer Society.
