Tojuana and Jon....sorry to hear about your dad....many "moons ago" he was my math teacher in Groom. It is sad to see all of the "good ones" are passing on...but it is also reassuring to know that they are in a better place.

I'd like to extend my sympathy and prayers to Charlie's family. He was a great man. He was my coach in high school and I have many fond memories of him. We didn't always win in our athletic competitions, but he taught us much more than athletics. He was a true example of patience, compassion and genuine love for his students. I can still hear him telling me (after I would say I couldn't do something) to "get out there and try, and try, and try again." True words of wisdom!
