Charles Edward “Eddie” Harmon, 78, of Claude, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025.
Cremation and arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.

Eddie was born on March 2, 1947 in Bernie, Missouri, to D.L. and Louise (Walker) Harmon. He moved to Claude in the 1970s, where he made his home for the rest of his life. On September 29, 1988, he married Donna Jean Harmon in Amarillo, and they shared many years together until her passing.
Eddie was known for his strong work ethic and dedication. He spent much of his career driving a truck. Worked in the oil fields in his younger days. And operated about any kind of heavy equipment. He had lots of very good friends. Who were always ready to lend a hand or have a good time.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Donna.
Eddie is survived by two sons, Wade Harmon and wife Tammy of Carlsbad, NM, and Paul Harmon of Loudon, TN; his brother, Roy Harmon and wife Annette of Olton, TX; his sister, Joyce Brown and husband Jerry of Granbury, TX; three grandsons, Ethan Todd Hall of Claude, Cole Harmon of Amarillo, and Dillon Harmon of Claude; and five great-grandchildren.
