Brendan "Bubba" Hill's Obituary
Brendan “Bubba” Hill of Shamrock, TX passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025 in Shamrock at the age of 40 years, 6 months and 16 days. A family-conducted inurnment will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 12, 2025 in Roaring Springs Cemetery in Roaring Springs, TX, with Rev. Alberta Helton officiating.
Cremation and Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Wheeler.
Bubba was born December 13, 1984 in Oklahoma City, OK to Terry Hill and Brenda (Watson) Hill. He grew up between Amarillo, TX and Canyon, TX in the 1980’s and graduated from Caprock High School in Canyon. He enjoyed the quiet country life and especially loved all things cowboy-related, such as campfire cooking. He loved reading Louis L’Amour novels, playing dominoes (Count and Shoot the Moon) and country and western dancing. Bubba also loved kids, especially his favorite nephew, J.D.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Liz and Dayne Piper; his maternal grandparents, Betty Jo and W.B. “Son” Watson; and his parents, Terry Hill and Branda Hill.
He is survived by his sister, Terralyn Miles and husband, Jonathan of Wheeler; his nephew, J.D. Miles of Wheeler; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
