Bobbie Dean "Bob" White, 70, of Claude, Texas died Sunday, July 28, 2024 in Claude, Texas.
Memorial services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, August 1, 2024 in the Robertson Funeral Directors Saints' Roost Chapel in Clarendon with Rev. Lance Wood, officiating.
Cremation & Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Bob was born November 14, 1953 in Alva, Oklahoma to Arthur Orin and Verna Lee Wilson White. He married Jeane Marie Holliday on December 20, 1983 in Amarillo, Texas. He had been a resident of Claude since 1984, and worked as a railroad engineer for BNSF prior to his retirement. He loved team roping, fishing, camping, golfing, and cars, especially classic cars. Bob dearly loved his grandkids and great grandkids and enjoyed going to his grandkids sporting events.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Marcus King.
Survivors include his wife, Jeane White of Claude; a son, Jimmy King and wife Bobbie of White Deer; a daughter, Lanita Blackwell and husband Kelly of Amarillo; his brothers, Garold White of Kingman, Kansas and Melvin White of Waynoka, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Chaison King and wife Meagan, Brody Blackwell and wife Sydney, Chancie Bell, Bryson Blackwell and wife Megan, and Brock Blackwell; 4 great grandchildren and one on the way; and several nieces and nephews.
The family request memorials be sent to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
