WICHITA FALLS / CLAUDE
SERVICES- 1:30 pm Friday, February 26, 2010 in the First United Methodist Church in Claude with Rev. Janet Edwards, Pastor, and Kent Watson, Minister of the Silverton Church of Christ, officiating.
INTERMENT- Claude Cemetery in Claude.
Arrangements are by Robertson Armstrong Chapel of Claude.
Viewing will be held Thursday from 10:00 am until 7:00 pm at Robertson Armstrong Chapel.
Mrs. Winkcompleck was born August 19, 1911 in Claude to Tom D. and Alice Lucille Harvey Miller. She married Melvin Edward Winkcompleck on November 4, 1935 in Claude. She was a graduate from Claude High School. She also had been a longtime resident of Claude before moving to Wichita Falls, Texas in May, 2005. She had worked at home her whole life. She loved to cook, sew, and work puzzle books. She was devoted to her family and was beautiful to behold and beautiful within. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Claude.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - her parents; her husband, Melvin on August 9, 1982; a son, Dean Winkcompleck on November 26, 2008; 3 brothers, John Miller, Bobby Miller, and Tom Henry Miller.
SURVIVORS - 2 daughters, Doris Thielker and husband Dave of Ocean Springs, MS, and Janice Wesson and husband Bill of Mesquite, TX; a son, Joe Winkcompleck and wife Esther of Wichita Falls, TX; a brother, Harvey Miller of Amarillo; a sister, Virginia Galley of Amarillo; 12 Grandchildren; 25 Great Grandchildren; 10 Great Great Grandchildren; and Numerous nieces and nephews.
