I went fishing with Billy at greenbelt on his boat and we were out there maybe 2 hours and I didn't ever even got a bite. Billy on the other hand caught 8 or 9 huge catfish and the madder I got the more hysterical laughing he exhibited. I really was mad but I tell you what, the more he would pull them in the more he would laugh. I will never forget that day and how he made my heart smile as I watched him laugh. I love you buddy and I'll see you soon

I remember how happy and excited my best friend Sharla was when they started dating and how much she loved him so dearly! Was very thankful they found each other. Rest in peace, Billy.
