Billy was born June 26, 1986 in Shamrock to Ray and Angie Blacksher. Billy graduated from Shamrock High School in 2005. He loved bike riding and rebuilding bikes when he was young. He could make an old bike run like new and he also liked to draw. Billys mental illness progressed but he still loved to draw and go for car rides. He had many challenges in his life but he was an amazing son and grandson. I am so very blessed to have had him as my son. Billy taught me a lot about myself and life and I will carry him in my heart where ever this life takes me until the day I get to hold him again in Heaven.
He was preceded in death by two grandfathers; Thomas Howell and Hershel Blacksher and a grandmother, Gail Bensel.
He is survived by his grandmother, Angie Howell; parents, Ray and Angie Blacksher; two brothers, Nathan Blacksher and wife Jessica of Elk City, OK and Ryan Blacksher of Phoenix, Arizona; a sister, Cheyenne Blacksher of Shamrock; a niece Jocelyn Blacksher and a nephew, Aidan Blacksher.
