Billie Pasley's Obituary
Billie Pasley of Shamrock, TX passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023 in Amarillo, TX at the age of 87 years, 4 months and 18 days. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock, with Rev. Mark Howard officiating.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors in Shamrock.
Mrs. Pasley was born on October 24, 1935 in Post, TX to Andrew J. and Lois (Blankenship) Bryant. She grew up and spent all of her lifetime in the Shamrock area and attended school in Samnorwood. She married Ralph Pasley on December 29, 1990 in Shamrock. He preceded her in death on September 2, 2001. Billie enjoyed doing crafts and playing Bingo. Before her passing, she was a resident of Wheeler Nursing and Rehab, where she enjoyed spending time and socializing with the many friends she made while there. She was a member of Eleventh Street Baptist Church in Shamrock.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Andrew and Lois Bryant; her husband, Ralph Pasley; one son, Dean Lax; and one sister, Edna Gosnell.
Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Bond and husband Walter, of Shamrock, TX; 4 grandchildren, Christi Hardee and husband Bret, of Broken Arrow, OK, Cole Bond and wife Kacie, of Woodward, OK, Deanna Cook of Elk City, OK and Cassie Braddock of Kelton, TX; 9 great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Marla Lax of Kelton, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
