Betty Joyce White's Obituary
Betty Joyce White (Bilderback), 87 died February 26th, 2025 at her home in Woodward, OK.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Robertson Funeral Home in Clarendon, Tx
Services will be held on Friday, March 7th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Clarendon, Tx with Rev. Lance Wood officiating. Burial will follow in Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Clarendon.
Betty was born on Nov. 07, 1937 in Hedley, Tx to Henry and Lucille Bilderback.
She married the love of her life Bud White on August 24th, 1955 in Amarillo, TX, and spent 53 wonderful years with him. She was a member of First Baptist Church, in Clarendon, TX and helped with numerous children's ministries. She was a devoted wife, homemaker, Momma, and Meme. Anyone that knew Betty knew she was a fierce Prayer Warrior and was often the first phone call when prayer was needed. Her family often referred to her as the luckiest lady as she was often the winner of any game played. She and Bud loved playing music, fishing, and playing games. Over the years since her beloved Bud passed, she devoted her time to her " Babies " of all ages, attending as many events as she could, teaching them to love Jesus and Wahoo.
Preceded in death by her husband, Mack "Bud" Oliver White; her parents, Henry Bilderback and Lucille Vaughn; her sister, Doris Black; her brother, Dennis Vaughn; a grandson in-law Terry Campbell, and many other close relatives and friends.
Survived by her 3 daughters Daphne Littlefield and husband Ricky, Freda Holland and husband John, Tammy Hastey and husband Barry; 1 sister Darlene Ledford; 6 granddaughters Katricia Gilbert and husband Zach, Shanna Gregg and husband Clayton, Shelly Blum and husband Dustin, Sarah Campbell, Lynnze Bradley and husband Ryan, Betty " Kanee " Williams and husband Matt;
13 great grandchildren Daniel Lee and wife Alyssa, Blake Lee and wife Alyssa, Chance Gregg, Cade Gregg and wife Jalynn, Lilyann Gregg, Emilee Evans and husband Brandon, Carly Blum, Kaleb Blum, Brayden Bradley, Addie Bradley, Crosby Williams, Carter Williams, and Cooper Williams; 9 great great grandchildren, Josie Lee, Daxton Lee, Case Lee, Aiden Lee, Ryker Evans, Rhett Evans, Slater Evans, Charli Gregg, Chanlyr Gregg, and great great number 10 baby Gregg on the way in September.
