SERVICES – 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in the Memphis Church of Christ with Mark Lance, officiating.
INTERMENT – Fairview Cemetery in Memphis.
ARRANGEMENTS - Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Bessie was born May 5, 1941 in Memphis to William Alvin and Mary Annie Pounds Ward. She married Donald Ray Mauldin on March 18, 1968 in Claude. She had been a longtime resident of Memphis and loved playing guitar and crocheting.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – her parents; and her husband on February 5, 2014.
SURVIVORS – 2 sons, Donald Gene Mauldin and Billy Don Mauldin both of Memphis; a daughter, Trecia Castro of Memphis; 2 brothers, William Gerald Ward of Memphis and Derral Ward of Arkansas; 7 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
MEMORIALS- The family request memorials be sent to the Memphis Church of Christ.
