McLEAN SERVICES- 1:00 pm Thursday, September 23, 2010 in the Robertson Funeral Directors Route 66 Chapel in McLean, with Rev. Dave Stout, Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Howardwick, officiating. INTERMENT- Doxey Cemetery in Sayre, Oklahoma. ARRANGEMENTS - Robertson Funeral Directors of McLean. BIOGRAPHY- Mrs. Simpson was born August 17, 1924 in Sophia, Arkansas to Monroe Griffen and Nancy Ann Finley Walker. She had been a resident of Mobeetie prior to moving to McLean 52 years ago. She had worked for several years as a Nurse’s Aide at the McLean Hospital prior to her retirement. She was a Baptist. PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - her parents; all of her siblings; and a daughter, Arlene Ann Hauck in 2002. SURVIVORS - three daughters, Nancy Adams of Perryton, Barbara Godkin of Conroe, Wanda Lowery and husband Rodney of Brandon, Mississippi; one son, Troy Wayne White and wife Carolyn of Fritch; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
