SERVICES – 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 22, 2017 in the Robertson Funeral Directors Saints’ Roost Chapel in Clarendon with James Thomas and Chuck Robertson, officiating.
INTERMENT- Citizens Cemetery in Clarendon.

Benny was born August 11, 1950 in Memphis to B.B. “Rabbit” and Ella Marie Trojeack Osburn. He married Annette Cross on August 20, 1971 in Clarendon. Benny retired from TX DOT after 25 years, he spent his retirement working at Osburn Appliance. He was a lifetime member of the Clarendon Volunteer Fire Department, former EMT for Clarendon EMS, and spent countless hours umpiring baseball games for Clarendon Baseball for 20 years. Benny also volunteered with the Boy Scouts for several years.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY - his parents.
SURVIVORS – his wife, Annette Osburn of the home; his son, Blake Osburn and wife Erin of Clarendon; 2 granddaughters, Kailee Joanne and Kyndall Grace; his step mother, Shirley Osburn of Clarendon; his brothers, Maxey Osburn and wife Veretta of Carrolton and Rickie Osburn of Moulton; a sister, Dorcas Osburn of Clarendon; and several nieces and nephews.
MEMORIALS – The family request memorials be sent to the Clarendon Volunteer Fire Department or Citizens Cemetery Association.
