Benjamin Franklin Westmoreland (Benny) died peacefully in Amarillo, Tx. on March 1st , 2016. Benny was born on February 26th, 1929 to Ben F. Westmoreland and Noyla Westmoreland in Twitty, Tx. He was a member of the The Church of Christ. Mr. Westmoreland spent four years in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He retired from the USDA in 1989 after 24 years
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – his parents.
SURVIVORS- Benj, as he was called by his kids, is survived by one Daughter and Son-in-law, Denise and David Johnson of Amarillo, Tx. Two Sons, Wes Westmoreland and wife Deborah of Seagoville, Tx. and Bill Westmoreland of Keller, Tx. Five Grandchildren, Colt Johnson and wife Kasey, Maisie Cross and husband Saige, Corbin Westmoreland, Sheridan Brooke Westmoreland, And Ryan Westmoreland. Also, very dear friends, Jerry Newberry, Donald Reeves, Judy Woolard, Jerry and Donna Jenkins
