Barbara Isaacs McAllister of Willow Park, TX passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 in Willow Park at the age of 90 years, 2 months and 19 days. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Shamrock Cemetery in Shamrock, TX.
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
Barbara was born November 5, 1933 in Beckham County, Oklahoma to the late Carl and Juanita (Mock) Isaacs. She was a longtime District Court Reporter for Ochiltree, Hansford, and Hutchinson Counties in her earlier years, and later for Brazos County when she moved from the Panhandle to Bryan College Station in the late 70's. She was a social butterfly and was the past president of OPAS at Texas A&M University. She was also a lifelong avid bridge player, enjoyed reading, cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her son, Bryan McAllister and wife, Chris, of Arlington, TX; her daughter, Karla McAllister Tubbs and husband, Bill, of Palo Pinto, TX; and her granddaughter, Ashley Tubbs, of Austin, TX.
