Anna Maud Cofer's Obituary
Anna Maud Cofer, 84, of Memphis died Friday, February 8, 2019 in Amarillo.
Services will be 1:00 PM Monday, February 11, 2019 in the First Baptist Church Chapel in Memphis, with Rev. Daniel Downey, officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis.
Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home..
Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Memphis.
Anna was born October 20, 1934 in Memphis. She married Mel Roy Cofer on February 26, 1954 in Memphis. She had been a lifetime resident of Memphis and owned Ann’s Dress Shop for several years. She had volunteered for Memphis Meals on Wheels. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and quilting. She also enjoyed being a homemaker and loved her grandkids. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, on June 5, 2004; a son, David Cofer; and 2 sisters.
Survivors include 2 sons, Don Cofer and wife Sabre of Canyon and Darrell Cofer and wife Marlaina of Amarillo; 2 brothers, Johnny Todd of Memphis and Calvin Todd of Borger; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
The family request memorials be sent to the Juvenile Diabetes Association.
