SHAMROCK
MEMORIAL SERVICES – will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 at 3:00 PM in the Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness in Shamrock.
Cremation and arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.
Anastacia Contreras was born April 15, 1948 in Beeville, Tx to Don Jesus Maria Alvarado Ruiz and Paulina Garza Ruiz. She has lived most of her life in Shamrock where she worked for the Pioneer West Museum as a Docent. She loved her family and was the best mother and grandmother. Anastacia enjoyed spending her time serving people through church field service and crocheting. She was a member of Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness in Shamrock.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY – her parents; her daughter, Maria Betancud in 2010; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters.
SURVIVORS – 4 sons, Jessie Betancud of Shamrock, Samuel Betancud of Austin, Albert Botello of Austin, and Carlos Diego Botello of Taylor; 2 brothers, Lupe Ruiz of Shamrock, and Eloy Garza of Corpus Christi; 2 sisters, Nancy Garza of Shamrock, and Elva Guajardo of Wellington; 14 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
MEMORIALS- the family suggest memorials be to Kingdom Hall Jehovah’s Witness in Shamrock.
