I was honored to be Poodle's nurse since last August. The first time I met him and his wife, I felt the love. Poodle had the biggest and loving heart any men could have. I will miss him so much but I know he is no longer suffering. He has gain his mansion, robe and crown. Rest In Heaven Poodle, we will always have special memories of you in out heart. This isn't goodbye but see you later. you will always be missed but never forgotten.
Love you, your nurse Shirley Hawthorne
I worked with Poodle for over 20 years at Pantex ,we not always agreed with each other but at the end of the day he was a mans man and I will miss him.Thoughts and prayers to the family,God Bless. MIKE HARRIS AMARILLO
Poodle is one of the greatest men I have been blessed to have in my life. He is a man of family, honor and grace. He always made me laugh. He always had a story to tell and a life lesson to teach.
He could break you down with a stare and build you up with a smile. He didn’t have hands, he had bear paws and a bear hug to go with it.
I could write a book on the man. I could write a book on the family, and I just might one day.
That’s what he leaves us to cherish and love are the family and friends we know, love and are blessed to know because of Poodle Eddleman. I am going to miss you my old friend. But I know I will see you again in heaven.
God Bless You Big Daddy!!

"Poodle" the gentle giant was my Hoss Cartwright. Heaven is a jollier place at his entrance.
With him aboard the school bus, it was never a problem to corral disruptive little kids. They all loved him & would mind when he spoke. Thanks for all the lovely memories

I met Poodle over 10 years ago, and the first time I met him I was a little afraid because of the stories I had heard about him from people at work. But after I got to know him he was one of the nicest guys I knew. I would always look forward to going to his office and just sitting down and visiting with him. He will be greatly missed, he was a one of a kind and glad that I was a friend of his. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, he was a great man.
