Reo, I visited your burial site today. As I sat in the grass by your headstone, I relived that night. After a while it hit me, the realization that I thought I was stopping you from getting into a situation and having a bad night. I didn't realize at the time, that I was literally trying to save your life. Thank you for all the good time and for being my friend. You are dearly missed. I love you always my brother. -Gary

Reo's friends and adopted family in New York wish to send you our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time. I am glad that we had time to meet and get to know each other in Philly. I will always treasure the memories of dinner in Atlantic City and the race to each toll booth to pay each others toll. My family always enjoyed the visits Andrea and Reo made to New York and he was always polite and compasionate to the rest of the family. I know that words can't take away your sadness but I do pray that you find comfort in knowing that your care and love meant so much to him. Sammy and Vonda, we were so shocked and sadded to learn of Reo's death. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I can still see Reo's little crooked smile and the gleam in those beautiful mischievous eyes when he would come into the Goodyear Store to visit Janna. Vonda, I don't know if you remember me, I was Petie Everett's wife. You remember Perry, our son? I just learned of Reo's tragedy today and my heart gos out to you & your family. I truly know what you are going through and I hurt for you all. He was such a fine looking young man & so talented! I pray that God will send the Holy Ghost down to give you all some peace & comfort.
