Ricky Don Evans

Ricky Don Evans, 60, passed away on February 26, 2022, in Bonham, Texas. Ricky was born in Memphis, Texas, on September 9, 1961, to JD and Dorothy Evans. He was raised working with his dad and his brother as a cotton farmer. Ricky graduated Memphis high school as MR. MHS. He went on to work for the telephone company for many years. In his later years he worked for Clayton Home in Bonham known to his work family as “Happy Feet”. He is survived by his son Eric Evans, daughter, Jamie Leff and her husband Sean Leff, son, Clayton Evans and his fiancé Taylor Berman. His sister Cynthia Smith and her husband Paul J, Brother JD Evans JR, Brother-in-Law Dick Johnson. Grandchildren Sean Leff, Collin Leff, Levi Leff and Addyline Evans. A ton of cousins, nieces, and a nephew. As well as many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents JD and Dorothy and his sister Betty Diane Johnson. Family directed memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 10:30 AM in Fairview Cemetery in Memphis, Texas.
