I was very sad to read about Bobbie. I have known the Upton Family all my life and loved your parents dearly. Joyce and I always stopped to visit with them when we went to Memphis. I truly know the sadnes all of you feel right now. I lost the love of my life Joyce January 11, 2010. We were married 46 1/2 years and I will always be married to her.May our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ be with each of you during this trying time in your life.
Such a very special man, and one who mirrored my father, his brother, Carl Odell Upton, in so many ways. Bob held a special place in the heart of my mother, Diane, too. And, though he was barely a teen when I was born, I've been so lucky to have him as I grew up, to know his humor, his laugh, his compassion for those with less. While his absence is my loss, I know that he is happy now, and with the love of his life. Bless you, Bob.
