On February 26th, 2022, Betty Lee Dunaway passed peacefully from this world to rejoice in heaven with the loved ones that have went before her. Graveside services for Betty Lee Dunaway, 79, of Claude Texas, will be held at the Claude cemetery on Friday, March 4th, 2022 at 10 am. Officiating the service is Royce A. Mason of Great Plains Western Church. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors. Betty was born on December 11th, 1942 in Ringling, Oklahoma to Shirley and Donnie Moyer. Betty was driven by her faith in Christ. She loved to help anyone that came along in any way she could. She loved to cook for her family and loved baking cookies with all of her grandchildren. She loved to play and watch baseball. She volunteered her time to make pillowcases for children in the hospital. She volunteered at the Hansford Manor for several years. She was a big part of her church, helping with anything that was needed. She never met a stranger and never wanted anyone to worry. She was one of a kind, selfless, wonderful woman that will never be forgotten. Betty is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Ray Dunaway, her father Shirley Hunter Moyer, and her mother Donnie Idella Moyer. She is survived by her daughter Rhonda Martin and husband Keith Martin, daughter Lynnette Gomez, son Ray Dunaway, daughter Donna Willis, and son Melvin Willis. Brothers Dale Moyer, Jimmy Moyer, Donald Moyer, and Ray Moyer. A sister Linda Thomas. Eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.. “Don’t worry, I’m fine.”
